My name is Catherine and I've been barbell squatting since 2017. I participated in competitive Powerlifting for 3 years and have since progressed to learning the Olympic weightlifting movements (of which are all about the squats!) I have had a love hate relationship with squats for many years as I had some physically limiting factors. However everyone can squat, it is all about finding what works best for you and your body.
